(FIXED sheet following feedback given below)
The file allows you to enter a cohorts KS1 SATs results then will automatically work out their KS1 PAG group and expected KS2 scaled scores. These scores are based on the 2017 thresholds.
On a separate page in the file it will calculate the percentage of children who are should meet the age related expectation and allows you to set addition targets based on teacher knowledge of their children.
This file can be used for any year group for the purpose of PPM.
Once Year 6 have taken the 2018 test you will be able to use the file to get an insight into your school’s possible progress measure before the official results are released by transferring their scaled scores in to the system -remembering that the thresholds are for 2017 and may change (again).
This file allows you to enter a cohorts previous KS1 and recently taken 2018 KS2 results to show individual children and whole school progress.
Using the thresholds recently released (Sept 2018) it automatically works out children’s KS1 PAG group and on entering their KS2 scaled score it will workout the difference compared to the national average score for each subject so that you can see how each child performed against nationally similar children.
The Targets page calculates and displays each child’s expected scaled score based on their KS1 result so that you can consider which children need to be included in your target groups to ensure a positive progress score (up to three targets can be set for each subject). This part of the system can prove useful when generating data for your current cohort using mock test data and baseline data early in the year.
This file can be used for any year group for the purpose of PPM.
